The Mayor’s Youth Leadership Council of Bartlett is a community leadership program which identifies and assists talented students who want to learn more about the challenges facing their school and community.

The program teaches students how to make better decisions and encourages them to be more involved and to assume leadership roles within their school and community.

In 2018 Youth Leadership Bartlett (founded in 1997) and the Mayor’s Youth Council (founded in 2010) merged to create the Mayor’s Youth Leadership Council of Bartlett.  The program is endorsed by Mayor A. Keith McDonald and the City of Bartlett and is administrated by the Bartlett Chamber Foundation.

“I have learned many interesting things from Youth Leadership Bartlett, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn leadership & teamwork, and have fun doing so.”
