Leadership Bartlett Alumni Association

The Leadership Bartlett Alumni Association (LBAA) has become a respected part of the Bartlett community over the years. Since the first Leadership class graduated in 1990, many participants have become vital business and civic leaders. Many are serving on boards and commissions associated with the betterment of Bartlett and Shelby County including the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, the Planning Commission, the Design & Review Commission, the Industrial Development Board, and the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.

Leadership Bartlett graduates are encouraged to remain involved through the alumni association for many reasons: for the progress of the community, to enrich their lives by giving back, to help others by using the knowledge attained in the Leadership Bartlett program, to develop new personal and career goals, and to support each other and the community.
