The Bartlett Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization primarily focusing on Leadership, Education and Workforce Development in the Bartlett Community. It serves as a vehicle to administer and implement programs that may not fall within the traditional purview of a chamber of commerce. Main tasks include administering the Leadership Bartlett , Leadership Bartlett Alumni Association, and Youth Leadership programs. Emphasis is also placed on the education and training of existing and future employees on the skills needed for the 21st Century.
The Bartlett Chamber Foundation actively addresses workforce and educational issues, promoting quality of life, lessening the burden of local and state government and confront challenges facing the community.
The Bartlett Chamber Foundation is a recognized 501(C)(3) organization by the State of Tennessee. The Board of Directors, Chaired by Lindsey Massey, work to promote the above mentioned community programs and partners with area businesses to garner funds to help oversee and maintain the programs.
