Leadership Bartlett Application Information
Do you have the desire to become aware of community issues? A desire for personal growth opportunities? Do you want the opportunity and privilege of continuing community education through the Leadership Bartlett Alumni Association?
Each year, a maximum of 30 people are chosen from all sectors of the community to participate in this program. Not only will you get a glimpse inside the inner-most workings of the city, but also have the opportunity to establish bonds with fellow participants and gain perspectives that will enhance your community leadership effectiveness and understanding of community interaction.
Additionally, participation in this program not only benefits you, but also benefits your employer as sessions provide education and exposure to:
- The behind the scenes access to our city, county and state government officials and services
- The sessions provide an in-depth view of business, healthcare, education and more
- First hand visibility of the challenges that face our community
- New Network of Business Associates to grow your personal business

Tuition for this program is $750, which covers all expenses, speakers, graduation and first years’ dues in the Leadership Alumni Association. Business organizations are encouraged to sponsor participants in this program.
